Ali Fedotowsky to Join Dancing with the Stars – How Much Weight Will She Lose?

The latest bachelorette, Ali Fedotowsky, has made her choice for the man of her dreams, Roberto Martinez.  You would think the next big event in their lives would be their upcoming wedding, but instead it will be their debut on Dancing With The Stars for a little friendly competition.

Everyone says that it has done great things for their body,” Ali says. “I was on a hip-hop team in college. I love to dance!”

She has already said that she would love to add Dancing With The Stars to her workout routine and, judging from the weight loss and toning other stars have gained from participating in the competition, she’d certainly get a good workout.  Of course, if you practiced dance routines like that all day long, you’d be sure to tone up and lose weight too!

Other stars that participated on Dancing With The Stars and lost weight include Jenny Garth, who lost at least 10 pounds; former spice girl Mel B, who lost a whopping 42 pounds; and Marie Osmond, who also lost 45 pounds while on the show.

Korean Pop Star Zinger Tells Fans Not to Follow Fake Diet Plan

Koren pop star, Zinger was recently hailed for her pretty little V-line face, but all that attention prompted fans to begin wondering about her diet, which sprouted rumors around the internet that she indulged in an unhealthy diet plan.

Her reported diet plan:

1 piece of toast in the morning
1 sweet potato in the afternoon
1 cucumber in the evening

The rapidly spreading rumor quickly became too popular for the singer to ignore.  Setting everyone straight, Zinger responded to the rumors on her minihompy, a mini homepage on the internet used for social networking, denying that she follows that diet plan.

“The diet plan that was revealed through media is not my daily meal plan. I definitely did not diet that way. You could ruin your health with that diet plan so please don’t follow it,” she says.

She says that she aims only to work hard and show her good side and that others should exercise a healthy diet plan for themselves as well.

“Please lose weight slowly with constant exercise and food intake control,” she reminds fans.

Australian Model Catherine McNeil’s Diet and Workout

The 22-year-old Australian model Catherine McNeil recently shared her diet secrets with Elle Halliwell, from The Sunday Telegraph. Although the beautiful model is always on the run and on the runways of the world’s most glamorous fashion labels, she still finds the time to eat healthy and take care of her body.

To make sure she stays in great shape, McNeil has set three rules to follow religiously: drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits, and exercise, even if that means walking.

“I’m just very tall and lean, so as long as I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and do lots of walking, I’m all right,” the model confessed.

The Australian beauty started her modeling career at the early age of 13 and she’s now one of the most wanted models. Although she has a very busy schedule with long hours and lots of travelling, McNeil says that eating healthy and exercising are always on top of her list.

McNeil became a vegetarian because she felt it’s easier and healthier. When she’s in between castings or shows, she prefers taking her own snacks to make sure she’s eating healthy food.

“I always carry snacks on jobs just in case they don’t have the right foods for me to eat, because I’m a vegetarian, but they’re usually pretty good about catering for my needs” she explains. “I take a bag around with me which I fill with wasabi peas, nuts, goji berries, raisins and foods like that, and I always carry oranges and apples around in my bag – and lots of water.”

The model admits she’s got a thing for nuts, almonds, wasabi peas, and dark chocolate, on which she indulges from time to time.

When it comes to exercising, McNeil says that running from a job to another is one of the activities that keeps her fit. She admits that some days she walks for five hours.

“I still don’t know how to drive, so I walk everywhere and it keeps me fit. It’s always tiring and stressful when you’re constantly changing time zones and running around, so it’s important for me to get a lot of sleep and keep hydrated. It helps me to adjust,” she said.
